TPMG is seeking a Full-Time BE/BC Pediatrician to join our teams in San Leandro, CA.

The department of pediatrics in San Leandro serves one of the most diverse populations in the Bay Area. Our impressive socio-economic diversity ranges from a large a Medi-Cal population to hi-tech professionals, working throughout the East Bay to the Silicon Valley. A wide range of languages is spoken by our patients including Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Arabic and many others. Our pediatric department includes 17 general Pediatricians, some of whom run a teen clinic, a Behavioral Medicine Specialist (child therapist), a Social Worker, and an amazing team of Medical Assistants and Nurses. Our office building is attached to the hospital which includes a busy Delivery Service and level 3 NICU, and an Emergency Room. We have on site pharmacy, laboratory, radiology and subspecialists including Head and Neck Surgery, Orthopedics and Podiatry. We have a full spectrum of pediatric subspecialists at other near by Kaiser facilities including Hayward Sleepy-Hollow and Oakland.

The Kaiser San Leandro Pediatric Department along with our two sister sites located in Hayward and Fremont comprise the Greater Southern Alameda Area (GSAA) Pediatric Department.

Position Description: The position is an outpatient 8/10th full time position, 4 days per week on a routine basis, and 1-2 weekend days per month (based on seasonal needs). There are no overnight call or delivery room responsibilities. Appointments include urgent and well care pediatrics visits. Patient visits may be in-person office visits or virtual visits by video or phone.

Full-time annual salary range is $250,080 to $260,040 plus additional potential incentives up to $25,900*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
